co/efficient is a small team that builds its own tools: the polling engine, the modeling platform and the texting platform. When a client's problem doesn't fit a product, the people they talk to change the product, often the same day.
When South Carolina's governor primary went to a runoff, we didn't hand the campaign a fixed package. We built three tools inside that one race: a primary dashboard in June, a runoff dashboard days later and a live tracker that kept the campaign current through runoff night.
That only works because the tool chain is ours. Our own polling engine fields the survey, and the results open as a dashboard instead of a PDF of crosstabs.
In Virginia's 6th District, Rep. Ben Cline's work with us began as a benchmark survey and became a full modeling program. The campaign doesn't wait on an analyst. It builds its own audiences, sees which messages matter to them and downloads the contact list from the same screen.

Most campaigns buy this work in pieces: a pollster, a data vendor and a texting firm, with time and meaning lost at every handoff. We run the whole cycle on one voter file, through our own texting platform and every major channel.
Voters who have already cast a ballot drop off the lists automatically, so no money goes to chasing a vote that is already in.
Your high-definition video ad plays directly inside the voter's text messaging app. No links. No clickthroughs. No loading. Virtually guaranteed to be seen.
Campaigns move fast. You need an agile partner who can get your message in front of the right voters – whether it's voter ID, persuasion, GOTV, or rapid response.
Every conversation feeds the voter file in real time – identifying supporters, opponents, and persuadables so the contact universe gets sharper with every outreach.
